The ideal candidate has 4+ years of US IT recruitment experience, strong IT knowledge, and proficiency with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn. You will work in US time zones and manage candidate lifecycle from sourcing to placement.

Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Match candidate profiles with client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
• Understand and manage US visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
• Maintain accurate records in ATS.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
