Charter Global is seeking a dynamic US Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of US IT staffing experience in Hyderabad. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, source candidates via major portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, and screen for technical fit and work authorization.

• 3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Mandatory experience recruiting for Implementation Companies/System Integrators.
• Strong understanding of US work authorization categories (USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN, etc.).
• Experience working on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are looking for a dynamic US Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate must have prior experience recruiting for Implementation Partners and System Integrators and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, work authorization, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across multiple technologies.
• Negotiate rates and manage offer discussions.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
