Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking an IT Recruiter to join a US recruitment team. You will focus on IT and functional roles across the US, driving end-to-end processes in EST.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate experience, while maintaining ATS records and using data to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as IT Recruiter.
• Comfortable working in EST shifts.
• Experience end-to-end Life Cycle of Recruiting (sourcing, screening, resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
• Experience with US tax terms, Visas, Time Zones (1099, W2, C2C).
• Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn.
• Experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements.
• Analytical mindset to assess applicants and recommend the right fit.
• Excellent oral and written communication and networking to build IT talent.
