Job summary

Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the full life cycle of US-based recruitment. You will partner with recruiting leads and hiring managers on global hiring programs, sourcing IT candidates through niche platforms, and conducting interviews.

You will build a strong IT talent pool, stay current with industry trends, and collaborate across departments to support growth, while aligning with US visa practices and tax terms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and US laws.
• Experience building the talent pool for IT dept.
• Comfortable working in CST and EST shifts.
• Experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, E3, TN).
• Familiarity with US tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
• Strong understanding of technical requirements.
• Deep sourcing skills and candidate assessment skills.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Able to think analytically to pick the right fit.

• Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
• Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
• In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
