Job summary

Tiltedge Solutions in Pune is seeking a recruitment professional to manage the complete lifecycle for US-based IT positions. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with clients to submit qualified candidates and keep stakeholders informed.

You will work across platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed, negotiate offers, and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring targets and SLAs are met. Fluent English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 1.8+ years to 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and IT technologies.
• Experience sourcing via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Ability to recruit for Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and other tech professionals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
