Job summary

Prudent Globaltech Solutions seeks an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients from our Hyderabad office. You will collaborate with recruiting leads and hiring managers and drive global hiring programs.

You will source candidates on niche IT platforms, conduct interviews, document outcomes, and coordinate with other departments to support company growth. Strong English communication and US hiring knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
• Knowledge of US hiring practices and laws.
• Experience building IT talent pools.
• Comfortable working in CST and EST shifts.
• Experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, E3, TN).
• Understanding US tax terms (1095/W2/Corp-Corp).
• Strong technical understanding relevant to IT roles.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Analytical thinking to select the right fit.
• Excellent oral and written communication and networking skills.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
• Work on strategic global hiring programs.
• Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
• Procure people for different IT Requirements.
• Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
• Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
• In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Companys growth perspective in mind.
• Keeping abreast of the industry trends.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
• Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
• Must be comfortable working in CST and EST shifts.
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1095/W2/Corp-Corp).
• Strong understanding of technical requirements.
• Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
