• Experience with W2 and C2C requirements.
• Understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD).
• Knowledge of US time zones and recruitment practices.
• Familiarity with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
