Job summary

Syren Cloud Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to lead full-cycle IT recruitment for roles targeting the US market. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard IT professionals, building a strong candidate pipeline.

You will use Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva and ATS systems to source candidates, and handle C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring with knowledge of US work authorizations. EST/PST time zones alignment is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of US IT recruitment with successful placements.
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms, visas, and employment models.
• Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in EST/PST time zones.
• Experience in team leadership (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality hires.
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies.
