Job summary

Ascendra IT Consulting LLC in Hyderabad is seeking a US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and evaluate candidates for AI, Cloud, and data roles across the US market. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site US IT Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The US IT Recruiter will source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technology roles across AI, Digital Transformation, Data Engineering, Cloud, and other IT domains in the US market. Daily responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, posting job requirements, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems. The role involves working with various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify qualified talent, while ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience. The US IT Recruiter will also negotiate compensation, facilitate offer acceptance, and collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong US IT recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end hiring for technology roles.
• Experience working with US job boards, social media, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems for talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of core IT domains such as AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, Digital Transformation, and other emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to conduct professional interviews across time zones.
• Familiarity with US work authorization types, basic compliance requirements, and standard hiring practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in US IT staffing or consulting firms is highly preferred; experience recruiting bench consultants is a plus.
• Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and collaborating with cross-functional teams supporting US clients.
