Job summary

Kforce Systems in Vijayawada is seeking a Senior US IT Recruiter to lead the complete US recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closure, for niche technology roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand complex IT needs and close top talent for the US market.

The role requires 9+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience, expertise in Boolean search, and strong stakeholder management. US night shift exposure is expected, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI, SAP.
• Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience working with major job portals and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in US shift (night shift).

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to closure).
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand complex IT hiring needs.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand roles.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and successful closures.
• Maintain accurate records and updates in ATS systems.
• Handle different hiring models including W2, C2C, and 1099, with visa categories (H1B, GC, USC).
• Consistently meet hiring targets and delivery timelines.
