Job summary

Vision Square Inc. is expanding its Bangalore recruiting team to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for US tech roles.

You will work US time-zone hours, coordinating end-to-end recruitment from intake to interview scheduling, with direct collaboration with US account managers. Ideal candidates have 1 year of US IT staffing experience, strong knowledge of work authorization types, and proficiency in Boolean search across major job boards, plus experience with ATS/CRM tools and

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing/Recruiting (C2C, W2, and FTE placements).
• Strong understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.).
• Hands-on Boolean search across LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (Bullhorn, Ceipal, JobDiva, or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication for direct candidate/client interaction.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working US time-zone hours (night shift, IST).

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements (Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, QA, and more).
• Translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies using Boolean search across LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and internal ATS
• Screen candidates on technical fit, US work authorization, rate expectations, and availability
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Prepare and submit high-quality candidate profiles to account managers/clients
• Coordinate interview scheduling and gather timely client feedback
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date ATS/CRM records
• Negotiate rates with candidates and vendors within approved margins
• Meet daily/weekly recruiting metrics (submissions, interviews, placements)

We're hiring US IT Recruiters to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for US technical requirements. You'll work US time-zone hours and partner directly with our US-based account managers, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from requirement intake to submission and interview coordination.
