Job summary

Smart Ims in Hyderabad is seeking experienced US IT Recruiters for end-to-end support of Direct Clients and MSP/VMS accounts. The role requires 2+ years of US IT recruitment experience and the ability to deliver quality submissions within SLA timelines.

Position follows a US shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST) from office location in Hyderabad, with work-from-office arrangement and regular coordination of interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and SLA-driven submissions.
• Working with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS accounts.
• Knowledge of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
• Experience with ATS tools and VMS portals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Work on Direct Client and MSP/VMS requirements.
• Source candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
• Screen candidates on technical skills, communication, visa status, and availability.
• Submit qualified candidates within client SLAs.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment reports.
