Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter

Shift: Night Shift (6 pm - 3 am IST)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions with a strong understanding of US hiring practices and visa types.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work on various requirements including C2C, W2, and 1099 roles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary/rates, contracts, and ensure timely onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Use and update ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) regularly.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of US IT recruitment process.
• Knowledge of visa types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Experience working with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Client Handling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.
• Prior experience with MSP/VMS clients.
• Familiarity with tools like Bullhorn, Ceipal, JobDiva, etc.
