Job summary

A US Staffing and IT Recruitment firm is seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter / Sr. US IT Recruiter in Noida. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, source and screen IT candidates, and work with System Integrator clients in the US. Required qualifications include over 2 years in US IT recruitment, strong knowledge of US tax terms and visa types, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in the US Staffing Industry.
• Solid knowledge of US Visa Types and Tax Terms.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS tools.
• Prior experience working with SI clients such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, etc.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools.
• Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and email etiquette).
• Graduate in any discipline (IT/Technical background preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage complete end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Source, screen, and submit candidates for US IT requirements.
• Work with System Integrator (SI) clients across the US.
• Handle requirements on W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Coordinate interviews, followups, and closures.
• Maintain candidate pipeline using ATS and job portals.
• Ensure timely submissions and closures while meeting quality standards.
