Job summary

Prolim is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end staffing processes from sourcing to closure. The role includes coordinating with hiring managers, pre-screening candidates, and scheduling interviews to ensure timely placements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major job boards and strong communication skills, enabling effective rapport with candidates and teams across the organization. This is an on-site position based in India.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing of candidates based on required skill through job boards and other sources.
• Pre-screening candidates to assess interest, communication, and fit.
• Submitting confirmed CVs to Team Lead/Hiring Managers.
• Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers for status.
• Building good rapport with management and the team.
• Handling the complete recruitment cycle from screening to closure.

• Work Location : Bangalore/Noida
• Timing:- 7 PM to 4 AM (Monday to Friday)

Excellent in end-to-end recruitment and co-ordination

• * Sourcing of candidates based on the required skill through various job boards like Naukri, Monster and other sources such as Headhunting, Reference, professional networking sites, company database etc.
• * Pre-screening candidates to check their interest, confidence, communication skills, suitability etc.
• * Submitting confirmed CVs to Team Lead/Hiring Managers
• * Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates.
• * Follow-ups with candidates / Hiring Manager for status.
• * Building good rapport with management and the team.
• * Handling of complete recruitment cycle starting from screening to closure.

• Technical and IT contract positions
• Good understanding of various US work authorizations.
• Good understanding of tax terms like W2, Corp to Corp and 1099.
• Experience discussing rates, salaries, and/or benefits.
• Good Knowledge with using job boards like Monster, Dice etc.
