Job summary

Triforce in Ahmedabad is seeking an onsite US IT Recruiter for US overlapping hours (3:00 PM–12:00 AM IST). You will own the recruitment lifecycle, source candidates on US boards, screen technical skills, and coordinate with vendors.

The role requires 1–3 years of US recruitment experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with W2/C2C/1099 terms and US visa categories. Onsite presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of US geography, time zones, tax terms (W2/C2C/1099) and visas.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Hands-on sourcing with US portals, ATS, and Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: manage the full lifecycle from requirements to onboarding.
• Sourcing & Pipeline: build pipelines using US job boards and Boolean search.
• Screening & Technical Vetting: assess skills, availability, and visa status.
• Tax Terms & Visas: work with W2, C2C, 1099, and visa categories.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: collaborate with prime vendors and bench recruiters.
• Candidate Engagement: maintain pipeline engagement for high submission-to-interview ratios.
• Offer Negotiation: negotiate rates while aligning with client budgets.

Important Note: This is an onsite role operating during US overlapping business hours (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST). Candidates must have prior, direct experience in US IT Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding technical requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Sourcing & Pipeline: Source high-caliber IT candidates using US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter) and boolean search techniques.
• Screening & Technical Vetting: Assess candidates' technical skill sets, communication abilities, availability, rate/salary expectations, and work authorization status.
• Tax Terms & Visas: Expertise in working with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and understanding US work visas (H1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card, US Citizen, EAD).
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Connect with prime vendors, implementation partners, and bench sales recruiters to source top C2C talent.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain continuous engagement with pipeline candidates to ensure high submission-to-interview and interview-to-placement ratios.
• Offer Negotiation: Handle rate/salary negotiations effectively while aligning with client budgets and company margins.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment (Mandatory).
• US Market Knowledge: Thorough understanding of US geography, time zones, tax terms (W2/C2C/1099), and visa categories.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Sourcing Skills: Hands-on experience with major US job portals, ATS software, and advanced Boolean search strings.
• Negotiation: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.
• Work Logistics: Must be comfortable working onsite during the 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST night shift.
