Job summary

Vbeyond Corporation in India is seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US positions. You will source candidates through major portals like LinkedIn and Naukri, handle various engagement models (Contract, C2C, 1099), and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will screen for required technical skills, work authorisations (H1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card), and align candidate expectations with client requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
• Understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms and work authorisation.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job portals and LinkedIn.
• Ability to interpret IT job descriptions and technical requirements.
• Strong screening, negotiation and follow-up abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Proven time-management and multitasking capabilities.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate client/hiring manager interviews.
• Negotiate compensation/rates and manage candidate expectations.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
