Job summary

Akaasa Infotech Noida is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage IT staffing for US-based clients. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, from requirements gathering to onboarding, including candidate sourcing, screening and negotiations.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work night shifts from Monday to Friday. Any Graduate with IT understanding is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Knowledge of tax terms and visas.
• Experience sourcing via resume portals and vendor networks.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work night shift (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Handle IT requirements for US based clients.
• Analyze requirements to deliver qualified candidates with quick turnaround.
• Source and screen candidates from various sources like internal databases, portals, and networks.
• Edit and format resumes ensuring consistency and quality before presenting to clients.
• Maintain candidate/vendor relations; update on progress of submittals.
• Handle interviews, closures, paperwork and onboarding.

JOB Title: Technical Recruiter

Requirement

• Hands on experience managing End to End Recruitment cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-ups, Interview & On Boarding etc)
• Good Knowledge of Tax Terms and Visas.
• Extensive experience in sourcing through Resume/Job Portals and/or Vendor Network.
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in night shift (Mon Fri)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle IT requirements for US based clients.
• Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.
• Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database, Resume/Job Portals and Professional Networking.
• Edit & Format resumes matching consistency and giving the resume visual cum technical perfection before presenting it to clients.
• Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
• Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.

Education

Any Graduate with good understanding of IT.
