Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Review resumes and assess against job descriptions and client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, work authorization, location and availability.
• Coordinate candidate submissions and follow up through interview process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT consultants.
• Coordinate with Account, Delivery and Hiring Managers to understand requirements.
• Negotiate compensation/rates and manage candidate expectations.
• Track interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with client and company hiring policies.

Timing: 7PM to 4:30AM

Experience: 1 to 5years

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting IT professionals across various technologies and employment types.
