Job summary

ArrowCore Group in Noida (Sector 62) seeks a US IT Recruiter with 1–4 years of hands-on US IT staffing experience to join our growing team on-site.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, source candidates on LinkedIn and major US portals, manage W2/C2C, screen for fit, and drive interviews through onboarding.

Strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced US staffing environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with US Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
• Experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder or similar sourcing platforms.
• Good knowledge of W2, C2C, EAD, CPT & OPT.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and committed to closures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment for technical requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and other US job portals.
• Work extensively on W2 and C2C requirements.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, EAD, CPT & OPT work authorizations.
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up through the interview and hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and database.
• Take complete ownership of assigned requirements and drive them toward closure.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and submission goals.
