ZK Technologies in India is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with deep expertise in US staffing, MSP/VMS-driven recruitment, and end-to-end lifecycle management. You will source, screen, and onboard IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles across multiple tech disciplines.

Ideal candidates have hands-on MSP/VMS experience, strong Boolean search skills, and a solid track record of meeting SLAs and client KPIs while maintaining excellent candidate relationships.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles.
• Work on MSP, VMS, and direct client requirements.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, work authorization, location, availability, and compensation.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.
• Negotiate rates and facilitate offer management.
• Submit qualified consultants within client turnaround times.
• Build and maintain a strong IT pipeline across technologies.
• Track recruitment activities using ATS and maintain accurate records; ensure compliance with US laws.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in US Staffing and MSP/VMS-driven recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and onboarding IT professionals across various technologies while working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and direct clients.

The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely submissions, maintaining strong candidate relationships, and consistently meeting client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
• Work extensively on MSP, VMS, and direct client requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, availability, and compensation.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.
• Negotiate rates/salaries and facilitate offer management.
• Submit qualified consultants within client-defined turnaround times.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across multiple technologies.
• Track recruitment activities using ATS and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws, client policies, and documentation requirements.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years of experience in US IT Staffing.
• Hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
• Expertise in Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.
