The role requires deep knowledge of the US IT market, experience with VMS/MSP environments, and a track record of scaling high‑volume and niche hiring. You will operate during US EST hours, coordinating across time zones.

Job Title: Recruitment Lead US IT Staffing (Hands-On Role)

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Recruitment Lead to support and manage multiple recruitment teams focused on US IT staffing. This role will work closely with team leads and recruiters to drive day-to-day hiring delivery, support challenging IT roles, ensure client commitments are met, and maintain strong recruitment execution standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with recruitment team leads and recruiters to guide, support, and help achieve hiring goals.
• Actively support sourcing efforts, resolve hiring challenges, and step in on difficult niche IT roles when required.
• Oversee daily recruitment operations including sourcing, screening, submission quality, candidate coordination, offers, and onboarding support.
• Track hiring performance, pipeline activity, Turnaround Time (TAT), Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and provide regular reporting to management.
• Collaborate with Delivery Teams, Account Managers, and Clients to understand hiring priorities and delivery expectations.
• Ensure consistency in recruitment processes, candidate experience, and compliance with company, client, and US hiring standards.

US IT Staffing / Domain Focus

• Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment market, technology skill sets, job types, and hiring trends.
• Experience working in VMS / MSP environments, client submission workflows, compliance requirements, and delivery expectations.
• Familiarity with US IT vendor ecosystems, third-party suppliers, and candidate sourcing channels.
• Experience using ATS systems, job boards, sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing.
• Prior experience leading, supervising, or mentoring recruitment teams.
• Experience handling both high-volume hiring and niche/specialized technology hiring.

• Strong people coordination and team support abilities.
• Hands-on recruiter mindset with willingness to step in when required.
• Good communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.
