Job summary

ALGOBRAINZ LLC in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced US IT & Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and US staffing knowledge, with night-shift flexibility.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and other channels, handle IT and Non-IT placements, and coordinate with Account Managers using VMS/MSP portals. Proficiency with Bullhorn or JobDiva is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in US staffing, handling IT and Non-IT requirements.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing practices, tax terms, and visa categories.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn or JobDiva.
• Excellent sourcing, candidate screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and other channels.
• Handle recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles including Finance, Healthcare, and Administration.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and VMS/MSP portals for requirement management and submissions.
• Negotiate pay/bill rates and coordinate offers, documentation, and hiring formalities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requirement details in ATS platforms.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of W2, 1099, C2C, USC, GC, and H1B hiring terms.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and work with VMS/MSP portals for requirement management and candidate submissions.
• Negotiate pay/bill rates and coordinate offers, documentation, and other hiring formalities.
