Job summary

System Soft Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on Non-IT Recruiter with 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in US staffing, to join our team onsite.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals and referrals, screen and negotiate, manage multiple requirements, and meet submission targets.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of recruitment experience, with substantial Non-IT recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for multiple Non-IT job functions and industries.
• Strong hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Good understanding of Non-IT candidate profiles and job functions.
• Strong candidate screening, communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment/submission targets.
• US recruitment/staffing experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and candidate relationship management.
