Job summary

Virtue America in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced US IT & Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and knowledge of US staffing terminology, with night-shift flexibility.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and boolean searches, coordinate offers, and maintain ATS records. Strong communication skills and IT/Non-IT hiring experience are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and other channels.
• Handle recruitment for IT and Non‑IT roles including Finance, Healthcare, and Administration.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and use VMS/MSP portals for requirement management and submissions.
• Negotiate pay/bill rates and coordinate offers and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requirement details in ATS.

We are looking for an experienced US IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based positions and should have strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and US staffing knowledge.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to offer coordination and onboarding.

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and other recruitment channels.

Handle recruitment for both IT roles such as Cloud, Software, and Data, as well as Non‑IT roles including Finance, Healthcare, and Administration.

Screen candidates based on skills, experience, compensation expectations, and work authorization.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of W2, 1099, C2C, USC, GC, and H1B hiring terms.

Coordinate with Account Managers and work with VMS/MSP portals for requirement management and candidate submissions.

Negotiate pay/bill rates and coordinate offers, documentation, and other hiring formalities.

Maintain accurate candidate and requirement details in ATS platforms.

3–8 years of experience in US staffing, preferably handling both IT and Non‑IT requirements.

Strong understanding of US staffing practices, tax terms, and visa categories.

Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn or JobDiva.

Excellent sourcing, candidate screening, and candidate engagement skills.

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand technical and functional job requirements and source relevant candidates accordingly.

Ability to work effectively in a night‑shift environment.
