• Active Sourcing: Pipeline IT (Cloud, Software, Data) and Non-IT talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Screening & Compliance: Evaluate candidate fit, pay expectations, and verify work authorization/tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, USC, GC, H1B).
• VMS & Collaboration: Partner with account managers and navigate VMS/MSP portals to track requirements.
• Closing: Negotiate pay/bill rates and handle offers and documentation.
