Qualifications

• Experience handling US IT & Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing & screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & Job Boards.
• Knowledge of W2, 1099, C2C, USC, GC & H1B.
• Experience with Bullhorn / JobDiva.
• Good understanding of VMS/MSP portals.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
