Arting Digital Private Limited is seeking an experienced US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The role requires sourcing, screening, negotiation and strong stakeholder management, with the ability to work across US time zones.

Responsibilities include handling end-to-end recruitment, sourcing through major portals, screening for skills and work authorization, coordinating interviews, offering negotiations and maintaining pipelines in ATS/CRM.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of US IT/Non-IT recruitment experience.
• MBA required.
• SaaS/B2B recruitment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 and US visa types.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and US job portals.

Role:

• Handle end-to-end US IT & Non-IT recruitment.
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
• Screen candidates and assess skills, communication, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage closures.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/CRM.
• Work with clients/account managers across US time zones.
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of US IT/Non-IT recruitment experience.
• MBA mandatory.
• SaaS/B2B recruitment experience required.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 and US visa types.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
