Arting Digital Private Limited is seeking an experienced US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The role requires sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management across US time zones.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of US IT/Non-IT recruitment experience, SaaS/B2B recruitment experience, and knowledge of US visa types (W2, C2C, 1099). MBA is mandatory for this position.

• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage closures.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/CRM.
• Work with clients/account managers across US time zones.
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
