Blupace Tech in Pune is seeking a seasoned US IT Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment across IT and non-IT roles for US-specific projects. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, while navigating US visa/work authorization and time zones.

The role requires strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter and major boards, volume-hiring expertise, and the ability to manage multiple openings with speed and accuracy. Hybrid work mode and ownership of delivery are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in US IT Recruitment/Staffing with strong delivery record.
• Expertise in sourcing across job boards and professional networks.
• Solid knowledge of US geography, time zones, and visa/work authorization.
• Proven success in volume hiring and technical role closures.
• Strong negotiation, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, ATS/CRM, and familiarity with AI recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align sourcing strategies.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements.
