Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Noida invites an experienced recruiter to join its US Staffing team. The role focuses on end-to-end US IT/Engineering/State Clients recruitment, with direct client on W2 experience and US time-zone coverage.

You will source through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases, build pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure high-quality submissions. Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in US staffing, strong communication skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for US clients and US time zones.
• Direct Client on W2 experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US Staffing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT / Engineering / State Clients requirements.
• Work with Account Managers, Hiring Managers, and internal stakeholders on job requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Recruit for niche and specialized positions across IT / State Clients / Engineering domains.
• Conduct screening, technical/functional evaluations, compensation discussions, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume US requirements.
• Ensure timely and quality candidate submissions while maintaining candidate experience and recruitment quality standards.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to meet recruitment targets and client delivery expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records within the ATS/VMS.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for the US market, with a proven track record of hiring professionals across IT/ Engineering / State Clients / BFSI domains with strong proven experience with Direct clients on W2

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT / Engineering / State Clients requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Hiring Managers, and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Recruit for niche and specialized positions across IT / State Clients / Engineering domain like semiconductor, manufacturing etc.
• Conduct candidate screening, technical/functional evaluations, compensation discussions, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume US requirements.
• Ensure timely and quality candidate submissions while maintaining strong candidate experience and recruitment quality standards.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to meet recruitment targets, SLAs, and client delivery expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records within the ATS/VMS.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment, preferably with strong IT / State Clients / Engineering requirements with semiconductor domain experience.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for US clients and US time zones.
• Experience working with Direct Client on W2.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US Staffing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or similar ATS/VMS platforms is preferred.
