Job summary

Meraki7 is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter in Pune, with 3–5 years of US staffing and recruitment experience. You will drive sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles, coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will work on multiple US hiring projects, manage candidate pipelines, and negotiate offers while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes.
• Experience recruiting for W2, C2C, Contract and Full-Time roles.
• Proficient sourcing using LinkedIn, Dice and other US portals.
• Solid IT skills understanding and excellent communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets; immediate joiners preferred.

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in US staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and candidate-management skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
• Work on W2, C2C, Contract, and Full-Time positions across various US IT requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates within required timelines.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
• Negotiate rates, manage candidate expectations, and assist with offer coordination.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and build a reliable talent pipeline.
