The role centers on end‑to‑end recruitment for US IT positions, leveraging Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and RPS to identify and engage skilled candidates. You will work on W2, C2C, and full‑time IT requirements, screen technical profiles, coordinate interviews, offers, and ongoing candidate communication, while maintaining ATS records and building a robust pipeline across Software,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong experience using Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS.
• Good understanding of US staffing, tax terms, and employment types: W2, C2C, and full‑time.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva, Zoho Recruit, or similar tools.
• Strong sourcing, Boolean search, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners is preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
