Job summary

VME Vhire Solutions is seeking a results-driven recruitment professional in Chennai to manage end-to-end US IT staffing for direct clients and partners. You will lead a small team, drive sourcing strategy, and ensure timely delivery with KPI-driven SLAs.

The role requires strong experience with W2/C2C/1099 and full-time hiring, plus a proven ability to gather requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior recruiters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in US IT Staffing.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-time hiring.
• Experience in client management, stakeholder communication, and requirement gathering.
• Experience supporting Engineering clients and recruiting for Engineering/Manufacturing domains is highly preferred.
• Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and team leadership skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
