Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Excel and documenting/hr trackers.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US HR operations for remote setup.
• Onboard employees and manage documentation.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities and payroll support.
• Manage attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
• Address employee queries and provide HR support.
• Coordinate with US recruiters and stakeholders.
• Maintain HR trackers and MIS records.
• Support offboarding and exit formalities.
• Handle US staffing documentation and compliance coordination.
