We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Associate with 3-5 years of experience to support our HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement and HR administration in a US shift/night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee data through HRMS.
• Support payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
• Assist with performance management, employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development activities.
• Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.
• Handle employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist roles.
• Willingness to work in a Night Shift / US Shift.
• Graduate/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms such as Keka, Zoho People or GreytHR
• Good knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
