Job summary

Kanap Systems is seeking a passionate HR Recruiter to manage internal hiring for our US IT Staffing organization. This night shift role aligns with US timing.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment for internal positions, source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals, screen and interview, coordinate with managers, and roll out offers. 14+ years of TA experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 14 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in US IT Staffing recruitment is preferred.
• Good understanding of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, H4 EAD, W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal positions.
• Hire US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, BDMs, Account Managers, and Team Leads.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and roll out offers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
