Abdullah Khan is seeking an HR Recruiter with US Staffing experience to join our team to source, screen, and submit qualified IT candidates for US-based requirements. You will handle end-to-end recruitment activities in collaboration with account managers and coordinate interviews to meet daily and monthly targets.

The role requires sourcing through major portals, screening candidates, and ensuring alignment with client job needs, including work authorization and location requirements.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of US recruitment processes.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and job portals.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and job descriptions.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Review resumes and match candidates with job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Check candidate skills, experience, location, rate, and work authorization.
• Work with Account Managers to understand job requirements.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate information in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• 0- 5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
