Job summary

Clicksoft solutions LLC in Tanuku, Andhra Pradesh, India, is seeking a US Accounting Executive to support day-to-day US accounting operations for our staffing business. The role requires a foundation in accounting, strong Excel skills, and adaptability to US processes.

The candidate will handle invoicing, AR/AP tracking, vendor payments, payroll assistance, and month-end closing under supervision. US night shift is required from the Tanuku office.

Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, BBA – Finance, MBA – Finance or related qualification.
• 0–2 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• MS Excel with formulas and basic reporting.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to work from Tanuku office during US night shift.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client invoices based on approved timesheets and billing rates.
• Record sales invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Maintain AR and AP trackers.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions and investigate discrepancies.
• Verify supporting documents for vendor payments and reimbursements.
• Assist with payroll inputs and payroll report reconciliation under supervision.
• Support month-end closing, financial schedules, and management reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with CPAs and external accountants for reporting, audits, and tax documentation.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, good Excel skills, and a willingness to learn US accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare client invoices based on approved timesheets and agreed billing rates.
• Record sales invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, and business expenses.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) trackers.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions and investigate discrepancies.
• Verify supporting documents for vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
