Job summary

Vcloud Technologies Investment in Hyderabad is seeking a qualified US Accountant to handle US accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliations and payroll, with a focus on AR/AP and financial statement preparation.

The role requires 3+ years of US accounting experience, strong QuickBooks skills, and the ability to work night shifts aligned to US CST time.

Qualifications

• MBA/BCOM with pure Commerce background.
• 3+ years of experience in US accounting.
• Strong experience using QuickBooks is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible to US shift (CST time zone).

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping, bank and CC reconciliations and payroll entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheet and P/L.
• Monthly AR/AP preparations.
• Update and maintain records of expenditures, payments, invoices.
• Process bank deposits and vendor payments.
• Post intercompany invoices and bills.
• Work on AR and accounting tasks as required by the Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• 1.Bookkeeping and Bank and CC Reconciliations Payroll Entries and Reconciliations .
• 2.Preparing monthly financial (balance sheet) and P&L statements etc
• 3.Monthly AR/AP Preparations
• 4.Updating and maintaining records of expenditures, payments, invoices etc
• 5.Apply bank deposits and vendor payments
• 6.Intercompany invoices and bills posting in appropriate books
• 7.we are looking for will work mostly on AR and Accounting tasks
• 8.Other duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements
