We are Hiring US Accounts Executive - IT Staffing & Consulting

Location: Noida, Hyderabad

About The Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented US Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in the IT Staffing and Consulting industry. In this role, you will lead end-to-end financial operations across client billing, consultant timesheet approvals, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and vendor management.

You will play a critical role in managing revenue cycles across direct clients, Implementation Partners, and VMS platforms, ensuring our contractors and vendors are paid accurately and client invoices are issued and collected on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and reconcile weekly/bi-weekly contractor timesheets using ATS platforms (e.g., JobDiva) and client VMS portals (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline).
• Generate and dispatch accurate client invoices based on approved hours, bill rates, overtime rules, and contract terms (Tamp;M, Fixed Fee, SOW).
• Monitor AR aging reports, execute systematic payment follow-ups, and resolve client billing disputes promptly.
• Post incoming cash, ACH, and wire receipts to accounting software, ensuring correct ledger application.
• Process subcontractor and vendor invoices (C2C, 1099, W2) by executing 3-way matching with approved timesheets and Purchase Orders.Schedule and execute timely vendor payments according to agreed payment terms (Net 30, Net 45, etc.).Collect and maintain vendor onboarding compliance records, including W-9 forms, Certificates of Insurance (COI), and annual 1099 reporting.
• Perform weekly and month-end bank, credit card, and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Track gross margins/spreads per placement and assist management with monthly financial closing and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with internal HR, recruiting, and account management teams to align client billing details and vendor contracts during candidate onboarding.
