Job summary

Relay Human Cloud in Ahmedabad or Vadodara is seeking an experienced US Accounting Executive with 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience. You will support the accounting department for US operations, handling journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in accounting or finance and demonstrate strong Excel skills, with proficiency in QuickBooks, Yardi, or Xero. This is an onsite role in India with standard weekday work hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Yardi, or Xero.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various accounting software to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
• Meet tight deadlines while handling multiple accounting tasks for management.
• Perform essential reporting duties, including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and upload journal entries accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements, researching and recording any outstanding cash items.
• Leverage strong Excel skills for data analysis and report preparation.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports, such as budgets, fixed assets, and more.
• Reconcile intercompany balances to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare month‑end closing reconciliation files to support timely financial reporting.
