Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting seeks a seasoned Facility/Property Manager to lead operations for large residential developments. You will ensure efficient electrical, plumbing, water treatment, fire safety, and lift systems, while managing external areas and landscaping.

The role requires 5+ years in facility management and a strong vendor network. Ideal candidates hold a BE/BTech or diploma in related fields, with additional FM certifications highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant facility/property management experience.
• Experience managing large residential developments, townships, gated communities, integrated developments.
• Strong technical background in facility management and building services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, plumbing, STP/WTP, and fire safety systems.
• Manage external areas, landscaping, roads, street lighting and civil maintenance.
• Lead large teams, vendors and contractors to ensure upkeep of multiple buildings and sites.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

The candidate must have good practical knowledge of:

• HT/LT electrical systems
• DG sets and transformers
• Electrical distribution and maintenance
• Pumps and pumping systems
• Plumbing and water distribution
• STP/WTP and sewage systems
• Fire-fighting and fire-alarm systems
• Lifts
• CCTV and access-control systems
• Building/civil maintenance
• Roads and external infrastructure
• Storm-water drainage
• Street lighting
• Landscaping and horticulture

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Candidates with a degree/diploma in Facility Management may also be

considered if they have strong technical experience.

Additional certification in Facility Management, Fire & Safety, Electrical Safety or similar areas will be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of relevant facility/property management experience.

• Experience managing large residential developments, townships, gated communities, integrated developments.
• Experience managing multiple buildings/villas, common infrastructure and extensive external areas will be strongly preferred.
• Experience in managing large teams, vendors and contractors.
