Job summary

Promag Progressers Facility Services is seeking a seasoned facility management professional to oversee uptime, preventive maintenance and compliance across large corporate offices and manufacturing facilities. You will manage vendors, security, housekeeping, safety and statutory compliance to ensure zero critical violations.

The role requires leadership in audits, AMCs and licenses, with focus on safety, cost optimization and operational excellence across multiple sites in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration.
• Certification in Facility Management, Safety or related areas will be an advantage.
• 12-18 years of relevant experience in facility management/administration.
• Experience managing large corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, plants or multiple locations is preferred.
• Strong experience in vendor management, infrastructure maintenance, security, housekeeping, safety and statutory compliance.

Preferred candidate profile
