Job summary

CryptoMize in New Delhi is seeking an Urdu Translator to join full-time. The role focuses on translating ceremonial and sensitive documents with meticulous attention to register and tone, ensuring accurate Hindustani rendering when required.

You will review output, approve Urdu files, and ensure consistency in Perso-Arabic vs Hindustani phrasing for every document.

Qualifications

• Translate the Urdu that carries weight personally, in both directions.
• Approve every Urdu file before it leaves the building, and stand behind the phrasing when questions come back.
• Pronounce on register for each document and maintain separation of classical Perso-Arabic and Hindustani styles.

Urdu Translator jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling basis — full-time, permanent, immediate joining at our Vasant Vihar headquarters. Urdu deliverables carry a double burden: the conversion has to be right and the Nastaliq document has to be right, and the senior seat on this bench owns both. You will handle the sensitive material yourself, review everything the bench produces, rule the register questions the Perso-Arabic-to-Hindustani range raises daily, and keep the production standard publishable.
