Responsibilities

• Deliver Language, Voice, and Accent & Soft skills classroom/virtual training (voice & non‑voice teams), support business through daily audits (voice / e‑mail / chat) and floor activity by working closely with the team and business requestors.
• Reporting and tracking training effectiveness, project effectiveness
• Interviewing new hires
• Regular and continuous touch base with floor and trainees to map improvement
