Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking an experienced training professional in India to deliver language, voice, and accent coaching for both voice and non-voice teams, including classroom and virtual sessions.

You will support daily audits, track training effectiveness, and interview new hires while maintaining ongoing contact with floor teams to map improvements.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Voice and Accent Training Delivery.
• Excellent communication skills (CEFR C1).
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Coaching and feedback.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Instructional design skills.
• Expat Canadian/worked in Canada/knew Canadian culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver language, voice, and accent & soft skills training (classroom/virtual) for voice and non-voice teams.
• Support business through daily audits and floor activity with the team and requestors.

In these roles, you will be responsible for:

• Deliver Language, Voice, and Accent & Soft skills classroom/virtual training (voice & non-voice teams), support business through daily audits (voice/email/chat) and floor activity by working closing with the team and business requestors.
• Reporting and tracking training effectiveness, project effectiveness
• Interviewing new hires
• Regular and continuous touch base with floor and trainees to map improvement

Required Skills for this role include:

• Communication Skills: 2 years’ experience in Voice and Accent Training Delivery, Excellent communication skills (CEFR C1)
