Responsibilities

• Provide Linguistic and Customer Centricity training to new hires and existing team members.
• Train on cultural nuances of key geographies such as the United States.
• Create interactive content for linguistic and soft skills topics for diverse learners.
• Evaluate audience using CEFR-based metrics.
• Attend calibrations to balance linguistic competency expectations.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop plans to meet TNAs.
• Plan and implement continuous improvement projects with measurable impact.
• Maintain records of outputs, actions, and touchpoints.
• Research and implement new methods to improve linguistic performance for non-native speakers.
• Adhere to protocols, KPIs, guidelines, and company policies for consistent delivery of Learning Experience.
• Collaborate with teams to address learning needs in communication.
• Get certified on procedural and campaign-specific training to enhance value.

JD – Communication Trainer, here are the roles and responsibilities you’d need to shoulder:

• Provide Linguistic and Customer Centricity training to New Hires and existing Team Members in order to polish their communication ability.
• Provide training on the cultural nuances of key geographies such as the United States.
• Create interactive and impactful content on linguistic and soft skills topics, that would appeal to learners with different learning styles and abilities.
• Evaluate target audience on linguistic ability basis the Common European Framework of References.
• Attend calibrations to ensure a balance between one’s understanding of linguistic competency, without being too stringent or too lenient.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and come up with a plan that meets the requirements that arise as a result of the TNA.
• Plan & implement continuous improvement projects with defined impact desired and analysis post implementation.
• Maintain data on all output, actions taken and touchpoints met.
• Research and implement new methodologies to ameliorate linguistic performance and comprehension in non-native speakers of the language.
• Adhere to establish protocols, KPIs, guidelines, internal training and company policies to ensure consistent and standardized delivery of Learning Experience.
• Foster a collaborative work environment by engaging with Team Members, Supervisors and other departments to understand and address learning needs pertinent to Communication.
• Get certified on Procedural and campaign specific training in order to bring better value to communication specific learning needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering Language, Soft Skills and US Cultural training.
• C2 on the CEFR (English)
• Excellent digital acumen with knowledge of Windows OS, Apple OS and MS office and G-Suite applications
• Highly aware of current pop culture trends and references
• Willingness to work in a 24 * 7 environment and if need be, open to travel to local / regional / national and international sites
• Graduate
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to priorities and achieve deadlines while working under pressure
