Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Gurugram seeks a Training Delivery Specialist to provide language, voice and accent soft skills training across classroom and virtual formats. You will work closely with floor teams and business requestors to ensure training outcomes.

The role includes assessing training effectiveness, conducting daily audits, interviewing new hires, and offering ongoing coaching to raise communication standards among trainees.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Voice and Accent Training Delivery.
• Excellent communication skills (CEFR C1).
• Excellent Facilitation Skills.
• Coaching and Feedback.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Instructional Design Skills.
• Expats or familiarity with Canadian culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver language, voice and accent soft skills training (classroom/virtual).
• Support business through daily audits (voice/email/chat) and floor activity.
• Report training effectiveness and project effectiveness.

• Maintain regular touch points with floor and trainees to map improvements.

• Deliver Language, Voice, and Accent Soft skills classroom/virtual training (voice non voice teams), support business through daily audits (voice / e-mail / chat)and floor activity by working closing with the team and business requestors.
• Reporting and tracking training effectiveness, project effectiveness
• Interviewing new hires
• Regular and continuous touch base with floor and trainees to map improvement

Required Skills for this role include:

• Communication Skills: 2 yearsexperience in Voice and Accent Training Delivery, Excellent communication skills (CEFR C1)
