Job summary

MERINO INDUSTRIES LIMITED in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a field sales professional to drive secondary sales through retailers serviced via distributors or direct dealers. The role requires regular customer meetings and active engagement with interior designers, contractors, and carpenters.

You will perform on-site work with the Demand Generation/Carpenter team, hunt for new customers while retaining existing ones, and maintain CRM data.

Qualifications

• Manage secondary sales of Retailers via Distributors or Large Direct Dealers per targets.
• Regularly meet customers per company norms.
• Engage with Interior Designers, Contractors and Carpenters.
• Site work with Demand Generation/Carpenter team.
• Hunt for new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain CRM data and coordinate with Regional Marketing for market visibility.

Job description

• Manage secondary sales of Retailers serviced via Distributors, or via Large Direct Dealers - as per defined targets
• Regularly meet with customers as per defined company norms
• Meet up key influencers of demand - Interior Designers, Contractors / Carpenters
• Do site work along with a separate Demand Generation / Carpenter team
• Ability to hunt for new customers, and able to retain existing ones
• Maintain high level of relationships with Customers
• Fill up data in company CRM systems
• Coordination with Regional Marketing team to help implement Visibilities in market

This job role may also involve project sales as well i.e. getting business from Contractors, Architects and Interior Designers
